Not because mushrooms are hard. Because one small step got skipped — and you only see the result weeks later, when it is too late. These are the six mistakes we see most:
Counting eight hours from lighting the fire. This is the most common reason for a contaminated batch where 'the time was followed'.
Taught in lesson 08-7 →Adding sugar to 'feed up' the spawn. What you feed up is the bacteria, and you will see it in a cloudy, foul-smelling bottle two weeks later.
Taught in lesson 05-4 →Packing hard in the belief that more substrate means more harvest. What you lose is air, and with no air there is no mycelium.
Taught in lesson 08-1 →Economising on spawn to get more bags out of one bottle. The extra bags you gain will probably spoil, and take others with them.
Taught in lesson 09-1 →Planting while the bags are still warm to finish the job. The mycelium you add dies, and the bag stays open to everything that comes next.
Taught in lesson 08-10 →Watching this, getting excited, and buying equipment before you have spoken to a single person who would buy the harvest. Selling is the first plan, not the last.
Taught in lesson 00-1 →Every one of the 51 lessons carries a warning like this — the mistake people actually make, not just the one in textbooks.
Our videos have been watched more than 39,000 times. These are the questions people leave — and where the course answers each one in full, in the right order.
No drawings, no stock photos. This is our farm, our hands, our sawdust — stills taken from the course videos themselves.
Short clips from our TikTok (in Filipino). The full explanation is in the course.
From the first step to harvest. No more guessing which video to watch next.
About 10,400 words: what to look for in the video, why it is done, and what usually goes wrong.
The “why” behind each stage — so you can adjust to your own conditions.
“Kabute: Simula Hanggang Benta” — print it, take it to the farm. A QR code on every lesson.
One warning per lesson, drawn from real experience on the farm.

I've been growing mushrooms for 4 months and I sell fruiting bags now. Your video is a big help — I can answer my buyers' questions right away. Very legit, no secrets kept.
4 months na po ako nag-mumushroom, natitinda na rin po ako ng fruiting bag. Malaking tulong po itong video nyo para masagot ko na kaagad mga tanong nila… very legit, no secret.
You explain it so well. I hope you make another video.
Ang galing mong mag-explain. Sana gawa ka pa ng another video.
Thank you, I learned a lot.
Salamat po, marami ako natutunan.
Very informative. ❤️

Mushy Deli is an oyster mushroom farm in Candelaria, Quezon. It sits next to our restaurant — that is where the harvest goes, as mushroom burgers, sisig, tapa and tocino.
What the course teaches is exactly what we do every day: the same sawdust, the same drum, the same hands. So some days the footage is muddy. That is because it is real.
True — the videos are on YouTube, but scattered by upload date, with no explanation and no order. What you pay for is the path: the right sequence, written notes and a warning on every lesson, the 16 module chapters, and a book you can print.
It was made for exactly you. The course starts with “What a mushroom actually is” before you touch any sawdust, and every step explains why.
In lesson 00-1 the farm's advice is to start small: about 10–20 square metres and around 100 fruiting bags, so you can watch the first cycle every day.
